TERMS: All orders require a 50% deposit with balance C.O.D. (CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK). Company check will be accepted with approved credit only. Each returned check is subject to $ 25.00 service fee.

MINIMUMS: Minimum order 50 pieces and $50.00.

FREIGHT: All freight F.O.B. MARK-ID warehouse. Free ups-ground delivery on all per-paid orders.

DELIVERY: 4 TO 5 weeks. Rush orders available.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES: Not accepted after order is scheduled for production, any cost incurred prior to the change of an order will be charged.

RETURNS: A return authorization number from MARK-ID must accompany with each shipment. Request for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

OVERRUN and UNDER RUN: We will make every attempt to fill exact quantities ordered. However, due to availability of goods and unforeseen production problems. We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity order.

PATENTS AND COPYRIGHT:MARK-ID has no license or rights to trademark use or reproductions and will assume pre-authorization upon custom design approval in all cases where proprietary marks, identifications, or copy are involved. Customer needs to provide proof of their right to use the design.
