Re-order an item: Please print and fill-out the on-line order form mail it with the patch to
13223-1 black MTN. Rd. #346, San Diego, CA 92129.

Art Requirement: Customers are responsible to provide good quality "actual size" sketches in black and white or with clear color separation. Our Art & Design Department are able to assist you with creative ideas concerning graphic designs, colors and materials.

Measure Patch Size: To determine patch size, measure length plus width then divide total by 2. Fractions over 1/2" are rounded off to the next larger size.

Background Material: Our price list is based on twill backing patches. (Add 10% extra on price list for felt backing).

Pre-Production Sample: Size will be limited to 5". We will email or fax sample for your approval.
2" to 3"; cost $80.00
3" to 5"; cost $120.00
We will refund 80% of Pre-production sample fee when your order is placed.

Threads Colors: Free to choose up to 7 thread colors from color chart.
Over 7 colors: Each additional color will add $0.05 a piece, can add up to 10 colors, each metallic thread add 15% of basic price.

BACKING: Add $0.01 pre inch to basic price for vinyl, $0.02 pre inch to basic price for heat-seal.

Border Thread Colors: Specials border available at extra cost.
