OVER OR UNDER RUN: Every effort will be made to ship exact quantities. However, we do reserve the right to ship over or under up to 5% and bill accordingly. In case of under runs of 5% or less, Mark-ID reserves the right not to print the balance of your order.

CANCELLATIONS: All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be accepted only if merchandise has not been processed. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Mark-ID. Phone cancellations are not acceptable.
