Production Time: After receiving deposit and artwork/sample approval, normal production time is 2- 3 weeks for imprint order. Express delivery can be arranged at extra cost. For embroidery logo, please call for delivery day.
Terms: Blank Bag Order: 100% pre-paid check, or money order.
Imprint & Embroidery Order: 50% deposit & 50% X-Factory or 50% deposit & 50% COD with $5.50 extra COD fee.
Over/under Run: Every effort will be made to ship exact quantities. However, we do reserve the right to ship over or under up to 5% and bill accordingly. In case of under runs of 5% or less, Mark-ID reserves the right not to print the balance of your order.
Cancellations & Returns: All orders are considered firm. Cancellations/returns will be accepted only if merchandise has not been Printed or Embroidery. Cancellations must be made in writing and received at Mark-ID, phone cancellations are not acceptable. Mark-ID will accept return of un-imprinted merchandise which must be returned within 15 days after original shipment. Merchandise must be received in original cartons. There will be a 10% restocking charge for returned merchandise. Cancellations/returns are not accepted on custom orders, imprint order, embroidery order, sample order.
Screen Print:
PRINT SIZE: All artwork submitted would be either enlarged or reduced to fit the best imprint size.
PMS MATCH: Add $25.00 (per color.) Colors are matched as close as possible based on Pantone colors. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
ARTWORK: All prices and delivery based on camera-ready, color separated typeset artwork to size being supplied.
TYPESETTING if artwork requires typesetting, touch ups, we reserve the right to modify the artwork and charge accordingly. Artwork will be billed at $40.00 (V) per hour.
COMPUTER FORMATTED ARTWORK: IBM formats artwork on disk or electronic transfer.
PROOF: On paper via FAX -No charge.
SAMPLE: Cost of item (end Quantity) and screen set-up charges $ 50.00 for first color, $ 45.00 for additional color
(if order results, no additional charge for screens, only reset-up charge 20.00 pre-color, pre-design), Plus freight charge. Approval of the proof shall constitute acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained herein. Delay on approval of proofs or providing needed information will delay shipment accordingly.
IMPRINT APPLICATION CONTROL: All bags are hand printed. Multi-color and close registration not recommended on nylon bags. Slight variations may occur from imprint to imprint. 100% opacity not guaranteed when printing light colors on dark bags. When printing on nylon material, please be advised that the image may not be as crisp as on other materials.
Shipping Method: UPS or Common Carrier.
Drop Shipments: Add a $ 5.00 net handling charge per location, per release, plus freight charge.
